Introvert, Extrovert or Ambivert

🙋Hello Everyone 🙋

🙏Namaste 🙏 Do you remember the dialogue💁️-
“Tu right nhi hai Naina,
bas mujhse boht alag hai”.
(You are not right Naina, you are just unlike from me)
Movie- Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani
Dialogue delivery- Bunny

This dialogue if you remember manifest that Naina and Bunny were unalike from each other on the basis of their nature.
How?👉
Naina was shy, self-aware, always took time to take decision, was quiet, had a small and limited friend circle
& on the other hand,
Bunny was fearless, on the hook, clamorous & friendly.
Why was that so???🙆
These trait differences can be elucidated as Extroverts and Introverts.
This concept of extraversion and introversion isn’t new, theories have been apparent in psychological literature from years. Many theories embrace human traits on the basis of extraversion/ introversion and determine personality of a person.
Ok,🤔 How can you wink out a person is introvert or extrovert?
According to Psychologist Carl Jung,
“Each person seems to be energized more by either the external world (extraversion) or the internal world (introversion).”
The introvert is more comfortable with the inner world of thoughts and feelings, so they will see the world in terms of how it affects them.
While the extrovert feels more at home with the world of objects and other people, and is more concerned with their impact upon the world. Assumed to be dual halves of the introversion-extraversion personality dimension, introverts are considered to be reflective, private, thoughtful individuals while extroverts are thought to be gregarious, assertive, adaptive, happy individuals with a tendency to take risks.
Introversion and extroversion are complex, multi-faceted personality constructs. Individuals can fall at the extremes of each personality trait or, more commonly, lie somewhere in between the two and exhibit traits of both. And the trait lying in between the two are named as Ambiverts.
To know where you lie in the scale, can go through the link here.

💁️Do you know?
Introverts and extroverts have difference in their brains🙆.
Extraversion is associated with activations in regions of the anterior cingulate cortex (related to decision-making and socially-driven interactions), dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (executive functions such as working memory and cognition), middle temporal gyrus (semantic memory and language), and the amygdala (processing emotions).

Whereas, introverts displayed heightened responsiveness within the frontostriatal-thalamic circuit (responsible for the mediation of motor, cognitive, and behavioral functions within the brain) when presented with sad, happy, and neutral facial expressions. It was thus surmised that the presence of arousing stimuli – such as facial expressions of emotion – underpinned introverts’ preference for avoiding social interactions.

So these were the facts. Talking personally, I lie in between the ambivert and extrovert (i.e. 58% extrovert[To know yours, can go through the above link or also can search for other such interesting quizzes]). You know what; many of my close friends are introvert.
As much as I love roaming around, exploring new places, just as much they like to be alone in their room🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️( but I drag them from their shell🐣, at least they should do some fun stuff🤪, what stories would they tell to their kids and grand kids😒🤭, Am I right or not???😁). You know it’s interesting to be a friend of an introvert, I mean there is always a balance in between. And also, as an extrovert, I love to talk, love to spell daily stories like “You know what happened today” (“Aree aaj pta kya hua??!!”) & as introverts are good listeners, they listen my stories with full interest daily and I just love them😍. Likewise, the two personality traits complete each other in every ways😌.
